Er. Vikram Kumar Jangra is a highly experienced civil engineer with 25 years in the industry. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering with honors from Regional Engineering College (now NIT), Kurukshetra, in 1999. He further specialized in Structural Engineering with a Postgraduate degree and completed a postgraduate course in Construction Management from NICMAR.

A Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineers (India), he is also affiliated with many professional bodies, including the Indian Concrete Institute, Indian Society of Structural Engineers, Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing, and the Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers. He is NRMCA certified a Concrete Technologist. He is registered as Structural Engineer with Municipal Corporation, Delhi (MCD) and Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).

During his professional career, worked for companies such as Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Gammon India, Ultratech Cement, and ACC Ltd., contributing to a wide range of civil engineering infrastructure development projects. He possesses exhaustive experience in Concrete Technology, Structural assessment, Non-destructive Testing & Evaluation of built environment, Specialized Repair, Retrofitting, Rehabilitation & Strengthening of structures, Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC). His portfolio includes hundreds of projects focused on structural assessment, audits, and non-destructive evaluation across various types of structures. His expertise has significantly contributed to the safety and reliability of these buildings and infrastructure.

With over 21 years of experience in managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to commissioning, Vikas possesses a proven track record in healthcare, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (Civil) from NIT , Kurukshetra in 2001.

Skilled in value engineering, cost analysis, vendor management, and ensuring adherence to green building initiatives, he has successfully delivered projects like Paras Hospital & Casa Picasso.

His strong leadership and communication abilities are further demonstrated by managing and motivating teams across diverse projects. He is familiar with FIDIC, NEC, LEED, IGBC, NBC guidelines.

With over 35 years of experience, a highly qualified Metallurgical Engineer excels as a consultant and trainer. His expertise spans operations, processes, quality, and failure analysis. He possess advanced skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, & general management, honed through successful cross-functional industry experience. .

He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Metallurgy) from BIT Sindri , Ranchi University in 1986

During his professional career, worked for many companies such M/s Starwire india Ltd, M/s LML Limited, M/s Track parts India Ltd, M/s Nipman fasteners ( Hero) , Pooja Forge Pvt Ltd, M/s Right Tight Fasteners Ltd, and others, contributing to a wide range of Metallurgical engineering processes in various industries. He possesses exhaustive experience in metallurgical systems, implementation of KAIZEN by TQM, identification and prioritizing improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives and improvement to the systems and methods, imparting training in metallurgy, Quality Assurance and NDT in metals.
